CR Service for Client: The positive detailed modification via truer award recommendation is toward educating and ensuring honest trust of (Insurance) Claim Report's precision and accuracy, which is the basis of evidence for warranted improved claim award amount above a client’s recently accepted Award Offer (* “recent/ly”: per policy time-frame). Such claim for award funds improvement is based on: technical and/or administrative recommendations of CR, and the legal and engineering expertise associated with the Concepts Response business system service. Is There a Client Service Cost?The sought structure of the above business system process is for the client (if CR accepted) to basically incur no out-of-pocket cost but that the client's “expected” claim award improvement amount is subject to financial transactional costs among parties, (IOLTA+) escrow CR service fee, prior client-email approval for any unique or special circumstantial "outside expert/professional" service cost, and conventional contingency attorney-level service fee (defaulted at 30%, but circumstantially ranging 25% to 60% for trial action).
